Returns Policy

Here at Tomahawk Jerky we take the production of our products seriously. Our jerky is manufactured to meet stringent Food Safety regulations and Food Standards Australia & New Zealand (FSANZ) Code. We manufacture under accreditation with Safe Food Queensland and have implemented an approved HACCP plan. 

You may choose between a refund or exchange if the product you received is damaged, faulty or not the product you ordered. The product should be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
